These rather wonderful flowers are made by my woodland friend Lorna the basket weaver. She lives in the forest in Grizedale, South Lake District, not far from me.
She shaves each flower from one piece of hazel that grows in abundance in the woods. I was engrossed by how wonderful a structure she twizzles and forms to create these. After a cuppa and a chat it dawned on me, these maybe awesome scent travellers for my reed diffusers. After a bit of testing it turns out they are rather wonderful, also look the part! The scent travels up my reed diffuser into the head of flower which releases the Bous scent into your room.
I would recommend using one of these with only a couple of additional reeds to see how you find the strength in your space, the less reeds you use (in addition to the flower) the longer your reed diffuser will last.
